Location, 5 mins from all the main attractions, 5 mins from the train and bus stations. I got an early train and without notice called in the hotel to see if I could drop a small bag. The gentleman on the reception couldn’t have been more accommodating and even set me up with a map and directions. Room 3 star range but that was what I was expecting, good value, clean, good shower. They have food facilities and connection with a bar across the street that looked good but I didn’t utilise. A+

The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Gran via which meant it was quiet at night but near the centre. Room was a nice size with fridge. It was about 15 minutes from the bus station for exploring the region. There was a nice Italian restaurant La Tarantella opposite.

Clean with what appeared to be new, good quality sheets and new towels. Bed was comfortable. Parking onsite and underground 15 euros for our one night stay, emailed to reserve. Few minutes walk past shops and a couple of cafes to the bridge into the old town. Lighting in the room was very good and good blackout curtains.

We didn’t take breakfast, but it smelt great. Only a few minutes walk to the bridge to cross into the city with all the tourist sights close at hand. Lovely, helpful staff.

The bed was great, firm but very comfy. Room was clean, everything worked. Free bottle of water was a nice touch although I only got that on the first two days. Location was great, close to the river and a short walk to the centre.

Great location for my activity, within walking distance from the city center. Very close to a park and has very friendly staff. The cafeteria delivers a nice breakfast besides the buffet. The restaurant, just crossing the street, offers great food and extraordinary croquettes at affordable prices.

Great Central location. Car parking at property. Value for money. Cleanliness of hotel. Good breakfast. Well equipped rooms with excellent air-conditioning. .

Everything. The staff, the silence around the hotel, the cleanness of the room. I really enjoyed the stay. It is 7 minutes of walking from the cathedral but located in the residential area full of small shops. Definitely to be recommended! Thank you staff!

Very good place to stay. Great customer service and very good food at the restaurant across the road (Restaurant Pacoche). Special thank you to Sergio and Pedro. A must go if in Murcia looking for a restaurant. Breakfast at the hotel was also very good. Good variety and great customer care by the breakfast staff room. Very clean room and very clean hotel overall. Very easy access to the centre of Murcia and transport. Highly recommended.
